Identifying the right treatment starts with understanding what is actually happening. A concern that looks like “fine lines” may be driven by volume loss, muscle movement, skin quality changes, or a combination. Each requires a different approach.
Dr Winter’s background in NHS dermatology means the assessment draws on clinical knowledge of skin anatomy and ageing, not a menu of treatments to upsell. In some cases, the consultation concludes that no treatment is the right answer at this stage.
